Hi, it's Joel from Personality Hacker. Right now we're in the middle of our enrollment period for our

0:04.4

flagship personality profiler training course. This is a six-month course that teaches the skill

0:10.5

of conversational personality profiling. What does that mean? That's a lot of words. It basically

0:16.4

means you can sit down with another human being and have a conversation, a person to person conversation,

0:22.5

and help them arrive at their best fit personality type. Really, that's an amazing skill to have.

0:29.6

Number one, you are embodying this skill so you can take it with you anywhere you are. You don't

0:35.7

need anything external of yourself in order to be able to have that conversation.

0:39.9

Once you understand and learn how to do this, you don't need papers or notebooks or notes

0:45.5

or any kind of guides or accessories in order to have this experience with another human.

0:52.6

You could be on an airplane sitting next to somebody

0:54.7

without any external resource and strike up a conversation. And even if the person didn't know

1:01.5

they were being personally profiled or they didn't really care to be, you could still

1:06.1

determine from your perspective what you're seeing as a personality type emerge. So it could be a covert

1:13.4

skill. It could be an overt skill. Many of our students and alumni will actually start private

1:19.3

practices around this. Or they'll weave it into something. I mean, we've got therapists and coaches

1:23.4

and other people. They'll weave into something they're already doing, right? And HR professionals,

1:28.0

you name it. We've got people from all walks of life as part of this program. I think, though,

1:32.8

it's something that's even more important than being able to help someone arrive at their best

1:38.0

fit type. And I've said this before, if you've heard me say it, it's not that we know what type a person is. When we do personality profiling,

1:48.8

in other words, we sit down in a conversation, usually it lasts about an hour, we understand

1:54.1

how they are their personality type. Because I have, for example, in the Myers-Briggs system,

1:59.9

I have ENFP preferences.
