You had various beats and local papers and you had a a run at BuzzFeed and ESPAN a number of national

outlets but walk us through the arc of your career from your first job at the AP to what you now do

over at sleep?

Yeah, so I guess it goes back to,

I've always known I wanted to be a journalist

since I was a kid.

I was a huge Ralph Wiley fan.

Like that's the book that was foundational to me and I knew that I was like, oh I want to write like that.

And I went to school, I played football actually, a TCU in the 90s.

And my original thing that I used to say is that if I couldn't cover a Super Bowl, I wanted to play in one.

I ain't done neither.

But how are your needs?

I'm not great, not great at all and I got and I got a repaired a repaired Achilles but so but but you know
