well spent. What a dear guest I have on the show today, Sarah Hagerty, someone I deeply admire as a writer,

and now after this show, a friend.

She's also someone for years people have been telling me I should connect with.

I could certainly see why after our conversation we were kindred from the start.

Her new book, Adore, is one I've currently been going through myself,

and it's precious for all the reasons we've come to expect from this amazing author,

deep, relatable, and drawing us to Jesus. Sarah and I talked about many important things

in our conversation together. If you're feeling needy of strength for the soul and comfort for the

So this ministry world is pretty small, really, lots of sort of interpersonal relationships,

connections. I have to tell you,

Sarah, I don't think I have ever had people say to me more often about someone that I needed

to be friends with someone more than people say that to me about you. Yeah, and I've had the same.

I was wondering if people had said that to you because they sure say it to me about you. It's crazy and we are going to be friends from now on, guaranteed,

but the list is long of people who want us to be friends. So we're making some people happy today

coming together for this podcast. And I know that we have friends that are really excited

about us coming together. I feel like it's sort of like a matchmaking thing. They're like,

yes, they're finally meeting. They're finally coming together. I'm just super excited that you're on

today. So, okay, here's a thing. I literally don't know anything about you, which I don't presume you know anything about me either.
