It's not every day that I get to have a straight-up friend chat on this show, but that is

exactly what the next two days are going to be.

Author, speaker, business coach, and my dear friend, Allie Worthington, is on for a fun two-day

interview, but don't let us being in real life girlfriends talking about some fun stuff,

give you the impression our conversation isn't meaty.

We get into it just like we would over coffee.

We talk about misperceptions about

influencers, sharing and oversharing on social media, and yeah, some mom stuff too. And in typical

Ali style, she brings the honesty and the hilarity that I've come to love so much. Here we go

with the first part of my chat with my friend, Ali Worthington.

So, Allie Worthington, the main question of this interview is going to be this one.

Is this even really an interview or is this just a good excuse for us to talk?

I feel like it's been,

it's been about a month since we've had a phone conversation. So we need, and here's the thing,

you are always posted on Instagram like, oh, levels of friendship and this, this, this. And like,

if I'm the last person on earth, then I'll talk to you on the phone. I'm like, girl, we talk on the phone an hour every couple of weeks. I don't know what you're talking about. I know. This is what's so funny. People do

need to know that we do talk on the phone. And this is rare for me because I don't talk on the

phone to many people. But listen, you've pushed me into it. It is not beyond you to say in the middle of a text conversation that you and I are having,
