If you heard Tuesday and Wednesday's shows, you got to hear some incredible wisdom from

Audrey Roloff, co-author with her husband

of Love Letter Life. We had the best conversation about, among other things, the difference

between virginity and purity. And I loved her book because it lays it all out there about things

we need to be talking about, especially couples who are dating. In this Friday 5 today, I thought I'd continue the

conversation and dive into the book, bringing some practical boundaries the Roll-Off's gift to dating

couples, as they say they learned the hard way and now want to share it in order to help

set some other couples up for success. I like that way of thinking. You ready? Let's go.

So straight from the pages of Love Letter Life, here are some practical boundaries for dating couples. And by the way, there are many more than five, but I just picked some of my favorites

for today's show. Number one, set an alarm for when you will say goodbye for the night.

I think this is something couples often don't do,

and what I really love about this is the idea of pre-planning the way the night is going to go.

For thought.

Not just hoping you will stay pure or trying for it, but having an actual plan for

how that will go. I think, as I've talked on the show before, that making plans for our success

and our spiritual life, and certainly in this regard, is very important. If we don't plan for purity,

it's never going to happen. It doesn't make it unromantic or lessen our love in any way to set this boundary.

It is super wise and sets us up for success.

Number two, make people in your life aware of your desire to wait for marriage.
