will be five minutes well spent. You may recognize the last name of my guest today,

Rolloff, from her husband, Jeremy's family show on TLC, Little

People, Big World. But Audrey and Jeremy have a bustling life outside of that world, a marriage

blog with amazing resources called Beating 50%. A lifestyle brand called Always More with some awesome

products, and a new book they co-authored together called Love Letter Life.

We talk more about the book tomorrow, but Audrey is in the guest host seat today talking

about this idea of always more, where it came from, and why it has truly become an anchoring

statement in her life.

Thank you. for the wisdom of my new friend, Audrey Roloff. I was a distance runner in high school and college,

and these words, always more, started out as a motivational reminder that I would write on my arm

before every race.

I'd write these words on my hand or arm in thick black sharpie

and then paint over it with glitter nail polish

so that it wouldn't sweat off.

These words reminded me that no matter how tired I was,

through Christ's power within me,

I always had more left to give than my body

might have led me to believe.
