We're back today with Scarlett Hiltabital, author of Afraid of All the Things. This girl really got into my heart, I'll tell you.

Something about her just connected with my spirit, and I loved my interview with her.

She's interesting, witty, and warm, and what a life this girl has lived.

I have to admit, I'm glad I didn't realize exactly who her mom was when we chatted, or I might have fangirled a bit. She was a main

SNL character in the late 80s and early 90s when I watched. So we do chat a little about some

growing up in the green room stuff. But there's so much more to our talk. Like, I ask her,

is fear something that has ever really conquered? And is anxiety and fear nature or nurture,

since it seems like we are all more

scared and anxious than ever. I really wanted to know if society is simply making us that way.

We talked about the famous person who gave her a nickname and the story behind that. Lots of fun stuff, too.
