Should a president, our last several presidents have done this,

be trying to do things that they know are unconstitutional.

I guess the gray area is if you have legal scholars telling you this is constitutional

or the constitution is wrong on this or the constitution is being misinterpreted on this

or something, then you kind of have some cover for, I'm not being unconstitutional, it's been

misinterpreted. Let's have the court interpreted again, but are there constitutional scholars

saying this one's wrong or being misinterpreted? I don't, I haven't read that. Absolutely. Yeah.
