what that means and what we should expect from him in preseason in training camp.

We've got a bunch of injury updates today and they will have pretty significant impacts on this team as well.

And some roster moves to talk about.

And one of those roster moves will be the Sam Hubbard signing.

James, I gave a little bit of an overview yesterday.

We had an emergency podcast, but you and I can have a little bit more conversation today.

Unfortunately, we don't have full terms of that deal yet, but we will get to that

a little bit later. Let's start with the news of the day, though, James. Joe Burrow, fully cleared,

announced by Zach Taylor at the mock turtle soup media day that you were in attendance at. So how was

a mock turtle soup? It was good. I enjoyed it. It was a perfect start to the meal.

And what was a really good meal at Paul Brown Stadium. It was great to see people again.

And it kind of felt normal. But it was really, really good to taste a little of that mock turtle soup.
