tuning in today is Thursday December 19th and oh my gosh I just I got I just got back from Cincinnati

Cincinnati Ohio I loved it who would have thought I would love Cincinnati Ohio as much as I did

I think I might literally move there I'm not even

kidding my lease is up in August and hey I might peace out and go to Ohio I have two thoughts

returning from that trip number one jet lag is a real thing. I had no idea. Apparently if you fly across the country, you're

just exhausted after the trip. I will be very clear. If you ever, please learn from my mistake

and my lesson. If you ever fly to New York or just across the country

to another time zone, give yourself time to recover after the trip. I did not and I just

was beat to shreds man. I was so exhausted after the trip. Now number two I want to say just

to everybody I've been I've been in a low point in my life the last two weeks I really

really just dark just struggling and you know the

Cincinnati trip was a highlight it really helped me but this show strong

opinion sports has been man it's everything to me and I want to say thank you so much to the people

who watch and listen I feel like I'm finally moving through that what happened

would happen in my life and I'm in a better place and things are getting better

and that's good and that's positive and it's taking time and it's taking work to get here.

But I just want to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to everybody who listens to strong opinion sports.

It means the world to me.
