President Joe Biden is finished. He is finished in either one of two ways.

Either he is finished because he stands down as the Democratic presidential nominee in advance of November's

elections or he is finished because he stands as that nominee and then loses to Donald

Trump.

Now the latter, of course, will have shattering consequences for the 248-year-old American Republic, but also for the world,

given we are of course discussing the world's Hegaman, albeit a Hegamon that has been

in growing crisis for a long time. Let's just listen, shall we, to his latest, well I'm not

sure the word gaff does it justice. This was of course at the NATO summit

where the leaders of the countries were members of that military alliance

had gathered in Washington DC. Here's how we introduce Ukrainian President
