Now his dad had the influence, the federal government to do certain things so people wanted to work with him, right?

This was a quid pro quo. That was very clear from the very beginning.

If you want to do business in America and you wanted to do business with Joe Biden and you wanted influence, that's fine, but you absolutely had to pay for access.

And that money and that payment had to come through who?

His family.

He had to come through his crime family. That's what had to happen.

There's no other way to do it. There's no other way around it.
