0:16.2	She was a visionary and beloved teacher and guided generations towards deeper connection with
0:22.4	the earth and one another. Now this conversation was recorded over 10 years ago in the very
0:28.9	early days of For the Wild. I was just at the beginning of this journey of interviewing and
0:35.3	listening and I remember recording this in an old farmhouse in Pennsylvania,
0:41.5	not knowing how deeply this exchange would shape my path.
0:46.6	After we spoke, Joanna invited me to attend one of her workshops in Navarro, California.
0:52.8	And I went, and there I met some of my closest friends and collaborators.
0:59.0	I was introduced to the work that reconnects community and from that point on, Joanna's teachings
1:07.0	really became a touchstone in my life and activism and in my relationship to the earth.
