So I have lost a lot of weight and I've kept it off and I think that for sure the biggest obstacle,

because many times in the past I lost weight and I found that actually losing weight was not that

hard. It was keeping weight off that seemed to be the hardest part. And then there were also

many times where whatever amount of weight I was looking to lose or whatever kind of idea vaguely,

because I didn't often delineate this quite thoroughly in my mind that I had of like where I wanted

to get. Sure. The motivation to get there was almost impossible. And I think that the way you

think about things and the way you frame things in your mind, play, take up the lion's share of

the actual work. And so I'm so excited to talk to you because your book sounds fantastic and
