And it did turn out to be really stupid because they not only continued to attack us, they took some of our seamen hostage, continued to chant death to America, and yes, subsidized the entire attack on October the 7th that took place in Israel. They were able to do that. Why? Because even though Obama left office and Trump ripped up the Iranian nuclear deal and put really harsh sanctions on their oil, when Trump left office in 2020, Biden got in, eased the sanctions, cut domestic energy production, and Iran went from $4 billion in strategic oil reserves to over $71 billion in oil reserves.
