0:49.2	In Monday's episode, I did kind of a what we know about Tyler Robinson discussion, which

0:54.9	like what we knew at that point, not only from investigators, but also things that family members
0:59.6	had said in interviews. Since then, though, the Utah County DA has filed a charging document,
1:05.5	which shed a bit more light into who Tyler Robinson is, how the investigation went down,
1:12.8	and really just how all of the, I guess it's more like the probable cause that the Utah County DA has. So there are a
1:19.7	couple of things I want to make clear because I know not everyone is familiar with a DA. A DA is a
1:25.6	district attorney. So it's a community's lead prosecutor. They're the ones that
1:30.5	decide whether to charge someone with a crime, you know, what the charges should be, whether to
1:36.5	offer a plea deal or take the case to trial. So they're the lead prosecutor. To be clear,
1:42.3	they represent the government, not the federal government, but the
1:45.7	state government. A U.S. attorney is the one that represents the federal government in criminal
1:51.7	cases, whereas a DA represents the state government when it comes to criminal cases. So the DA is the
1:59.1	one that works with police to review evidence. They appear in court. They argue the case in
2:04.2	front of a judge or a jury. The DA's goal is to get a conviction against the defendant in state
