There is just a, we recorded a promo yesterday and that we were going to talk about the hypocrisy and amnesia that and the people

are engaging in right now with the aftermath of the Jimmy Kimmel situation and the ignorance

too and I talked a lot about the ignorance yesterday people People don't seem to understand one clear fact.

And I have seen a number of famous TV talk shows.

TV talk show hosts come out in the last day and a half

and speak about freedom of speech and how Kimmel's freedom of speech

has been violated. First Amendment rights have been violated. And I told you, I don't think anybody

should ever be forced off the air through pressure from the government. Now, that's a general moral position I have.

But when you look into the legal situation, there is no such thing, and I would think that

these guys know this.

Maybe they're performing.

Maybe they're caught up in the heat of the moment.

There is no First Amendment

right to say whatever you want on a TV show owned by another company or a radio show

owned by another company or a TV or radio show owned by a company who has a license

that they're borrowing from the U.S. government.

I just don't understand why everyone doesn't get this concept.

Yes, it's wrong that the FCC commissioner is putting on this kind of pressure.
