(28:03-51:59) – Michael Scotto of Hoops Hype and USA Today Sports joins the Fan Midday Show with James Boyd and Jimmy Cook to provide his insight on how the Miami Heat can defeat the Denver Nuggets, gives credit to Aaron Gordon for being the glue guy for the Nuggets team this season, who are some players that the Pacers should consider with the seventh overall pick, and explains the situation the Warriors are in with the departure of Bob Myers as General Manager/President.

(51:59-52:39) – Jimmy puts a bow on the first hour of the show by highlighting the previous segment with Michael Scotto and previewing the upcoming conversation with Sam King.  

(52:39-1:18:38) – Sam King from the Lafayette Journal and Courier joins Jimmy and James on The Fan to express his thoughts on Zach Edey returning to Purdue for another season, who has the most pressure on their shoulders if the team fails to make a Final Four run, the long term benefit for Purdue at being able to offer a big NIL package to Edey to get him to return, and the future of Edey after this season with him having another season of eligibility after this upcoming season.

(1:18:38-1:40:01) – One of the many NFL Network reporters in Cameron Wolfe joins the Fan Midday Show with James Boyd and Jimmy Cook to share his excitement for the entire AFC South with the youth movement at quarterback, what he was able to learn about Anthony Richardson after spending time with him and his family, if the Colts could hamper themselves by paying Jonathan Taylor big money, and where he stands on starting Richardson immediately or letting him sit a couple of weeks.    

(1:40:01-1:42:09) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Jimmy asking James if it was at all surprising that the Boston Celtics are sticking with Joe Mazzula as their head coach next season according to Brad Stevens.

(1:42:09-2:13:44) – Charles McDonald from Yahoo Sports joins Jimmy Cook and James Boyd on the Fan Midday Show to recap some of the teams that won the off-season, what the Colts should do with Jonathan Taylor after this season, how he expects the contract situation with Michael Pittman Jr. to unfold, and if it really is a two horse race in the NFC between Philadelphia and San Francisco.

(2:13:44-2:28:43) – Jimmy and James shift the topic of conversation to NBA officiating with association launching an investigation into referee Eric Lewis for the use of a burner Twitter account resulting in him being left off the referee roster for the NBA Finals. Then they transition into the first game of the finals tonight between the Nuggets and Heat.
