0:05.5	2024 UTMB pre-race interview with Jim Walmsley, who we last had on the show in late June
0:11.9	just before the Western States 100. In this particular episode, we talk about his prep and mindset
0:17.9	for the big lap around Mount Blanc later this month, but we also get
0:21.6	some insights into his Western States performance, his summer split between the San Juan's
0:27.1	and the Alps, as well as some fun career retrospectives and forecasting. It's always a pleasure
0:33.2	to have Jim on the pod. One thing to note, especially for those that followed our studio coverage of Western
0:39.6	States earlier this summer, I will not be in Chamonie this year, and all of our coverage

1:05.8	a girl. We're going to be naming her Sloan. And she's going to arrive sometime between earlyish September
1:12.3	and late September. So yeah, we just need to kind of hang around here to prepare. I know it's
1:18.4	super cliche, but I am really excited to be a dad. I am really excited to try my best to kind of guide her through the early stages of life and bring that
1:31.6	unconditional love and support for all time. And yeah, it's going to be awesome. Anyways,
1:39.2	on the single track side of things, we will have our normally scheduled weekly podcasts through this
1:45.6	stretch without interruption. I have pre-recorded some awesome conversations for y'all as I take
1:51.0	a break to be a dad. In longer term, we are going to be bringing our studio-based coverage to
