1:36.0 | Kind of tone down the lifestyle in a lot of different directions. What have you done with your diet? How'd you clean it up? |
1:44.0 | Well, I grill more pretty much the limited pride foods to any degree, cut way back on the booze, very little dairy every now and then I'll have both Cheerios, a little skim milk. |
1:59.0 | So very little dairy, no, try to cut back on the sugar. I don't salt nothing. If it comes to sodium, that's what I get. I try to watch the sodium intake. |
2:09.0 | You get some common sense shit, you know, just that over thinking it, you know, just being smart quite frankly. And so, you know, pride foods, big country thing, you know, growing up eating pride foods every day, eating a lot of red meat every day. |
2:26.0 | And I don't even want them anymore. Hell, it used to be a half a gallon of milk a day. So that's gone. |
2:32.0 | And then I replace the happy hours of my buddies at the bar by going to the gym. So I swap booze the treadmill. It's not, I don't get the buzz, but it's better for me. |
2:44.0 | You're pushing in the iron over at the gym. Not much, not much. You know, I don't want to, I've been told a lot of guys to look just a low weights, a lot of reps. |
