It was a tough weekend for all of you shammers out there.

and your stupid J-Nation jokes. If you saw the pick of Zion that went viral on

social media, you know what I'm talking about. If you didn't, we're going to put it up on the

stream right now. Look at this guy! That's amazing. Now if you're listening

and you're not seeing it, it's really pretty simple. The guy looks amazing.

He has leaned the hell out. I mean leaned the hell out. Look at that. Go full screen with that. with that, Mike. Lained the hell out. Look at that. Go full screen with that Mike. Leaned the hell out. My man looks

fit. He looks ecstatic. He looks awesome. He looks great. So he's obviously put in the work. So I'm not saying this guy deserves all this credit for being a professional athlete and being in shape.

I'm not saying that.

Here's what I am saying.

Having put in all that work and looking the way he looks right now apparently, and you never know about pictures but he looks amazing.

Wouldn't you think that the Pyon Williamson crowd would appreciate that?

Considering the grief that they've been giving

this dude for years about carrying that extra weight and the need to drop it out.

Wouldn't you think that the Zion National Pork

crowd would see a slim down Zion and say man good for that guy wouldn't you think that the air

gumbo folks would look at him and say props dude where did'd he go? Nice job. You'd really hope that anyone who glossed this

man the big diabetic would at least show some respect now that he's put in the work, that he looks

the part.

He looks incredible, almost unrecognizable, honestly. Look at his face.
