He is entering his second season there.

So the last time you and I spoke, if I'm not mistaken, was right after you were hired in November of 22, we spent some of that conversation talking about the importance of culture building.

Do you feel like you've completely set the standard and the type of culture you're looking for, or maybe given the extreme turnover in the sport

right now, do you have to reset that standard in culture every single year?

You know, I think we've done a really good job, and the players have done a really good job

of sort of establishing our culture and the way that we want to do things. But I think you're

right. I think with the turnover, with the amount of guys coming in and sometimes leaving, every year you have to kind of have a refresh. You know, you, in what you need is you need some key players and some veteran guys in that locker room who welcome everyone with open arms. But at the same time, tell them, hey, this is how we do things here. This is what it means to be a Husker. And the first year is hard. You have to establish it. But I really like where we are right now.
