I guess we shouldn't expect more from a founder that sells tablets you put in your

gas tank to supposedly get you more gas mileage. This scam has been avoiding the law and making

secret deals and poaching distributors from other

MLMs since their inception. You know it's about to be good and by good I

mean awful when they're paying former Vemma sellers millions to get on board.

Hello everyone and welcome to another multi-level Mondays. Today we're talking about Janess, yet another health and skin care

MLM. What makes Janess different, though, is the sheer amount of

pyramid skini type lawsuits that they've been involved in. And there's just an insane amount of lawsuits surrounding this

M.L.

While I was gathering up research for this company,

I found a Tina, Truth in Advertising article

from three years ago that said they reached four separate lawsuits accusing

them of being a pyramid scheme. The way Janest has managed to weather these storms is impressive,

in a horrifying sort of way. Also, I do want to note that they brought up a defunct

MLM called Mona Vee, but Mona Vee will have their own episode entirely

in a couple weeks.

Today, we'll just focus on Janess. Of course before we get into all that

chaos let's start with the usual, the company history, and who's responsible for starting

this train wreck. So let's get into it.
