who have left the Jets in free agency and discuss why the Jets really have not lost all that much.

roster into better shape. But we'll begin by talking about assigning the Jets have made on the

offensive line. The team has agreed to terms with guard Dylan Parham. It is a two-year contract

worth $16 million

with incentives he could get up to $20 million. I think this is a very, very sound signing for

the New York Jets. I think this is a quality move. This is the sort of move that I think the Jets

should be looking for in free agency. Parham is going to turn 27 before the season begins. He's 26 right now. His

birthday takes place before the season. So he'll be 27. It's right around the age range of players

the Jets should be looking to sign. I think that the sweet spot in free agency is like that 24 to 27

range because you're getting guys who are in their prime years

at that point. Parham also has a track record of quality work at the guard position. Now,
