I believe in miracles,

but the greatest miracle is the transformation of a soul as you're going to see in this series of messages.

Jesus is in the transformation business.

He transformed worthless water into sparkling wine. And he's still in the transformation

business. He is transforming people. Human beings like me, like you.

John Chapter 2 tells the story of Jesus turning water into wine.

This marked the first of Jesus' parade of miracles,

each being considered a sign with significance.

The first miracle revealed that Jesus is God's answer to man's disappointment.

verse 1. Again, here's Adrian Rogers. There's so much today in the world about

miracles and there's so much much

bogus talk about miracles that is not rooted in the word of God and new age mysticism.

We know indeed that it is a sin to attribute to Satan the

work of the Holy Ghost. It's also a sin to attribute to the Holy Ghost, the work of Satan.

And there is, however, the great wonderful, beautiful world and realm of the miraculous. And I want to say at the very outset of

this message even before we get into it that I believe in miracles.
