| 0:45.1 | Where is the excitement level at, Jess? Like, it's been a long time coming. Yeah, I'm really excited. |
| 0:50.3 | I think I was probably really excited at the start in the marathon build. Then it sort of |
| 0:55.8 | like got really tough in the marathon build. And then it was like this feeling the like dread. |
| 1:00.0 | And then now I'm like, oh, I'm excited again. So I'm hoping that the excitement will just last until |
| 1:04.5 | Sunday. But yeah, nerves are a little. I think it's the fear really unknown. But just the city |

| 1:11.4 | I remember interviewing you at the 2013 like Birmingham Diamond League. And back then, |
| 1:18.0 | like you were still running 800, 1500. Like now the concept of like a marathon and just like how far |

So I'm hoping that the marathon like will go well or like I'll just enjoy the whole process. I haven't really got any expectations. It's just exciting. What was the best part about marathon training? Because I feel like sometimes people could just dread the mileage, the volume and all that stuff. But, you know, there's a beauty in it too. Yeah, there is. I think, um, it's been weird because I say like, it's kind of like a sadistic feeling where you're like, |
| 2:17.7 | oh, I'm enjoying this, but it's really uncomfortable. I say I probably enjoyed the long run |
| 2:22.5 | sessions the most. So doing like, say like 24 miles, but broken up into sessions that was |
| 2:28.0 | or like reps was that was really fun in a weird way. And the double threshold days that was my first real |
| 2:35.1 | experience of it so it was nice to have my husband for the the second session of the day um |
| 2:40.5 | but the first one was so hard to get yourself out for on your own um but again I think it's like |
| 2:45.3 | when you look back at all at work and you think oh actually like I've got myself fit and I've got |
