What's going on, guys? Welcome into today's Friday Food for Thought. As always, your host,

Maddie. I cannot believe we are wrapping up 2022. And, you know, perfect timing to be thinking

about your goals and reflecting on the year.

This has probably been one of, if you've been falling along, at least with my journey,

more challenging business and personal years.

And it was a perfect time, went out to Austin, Texas for a abundance event, a mastermind group that I've been a part of for going on eight years now.

And this was the Champions Mastermind, which is the higher net worth individuals in the group.

And they always bring in some really high-level speakers for fireside chats.

And they brought in one of my favorite, personal favorite

influencers, Mr. Jesse Itzler. He wrote the book, Living with a Monk, living with a Navy Seal,

which is where David Goggins ultimately got found out and went on his entire journey of

becoming an influencer and a complete badass changing

people's lives. But Jesse Itzler has been somebody that I've been fallen for a really long time.

And his story and his journey is just amazing. I mean, some of the things that he has done,

this is truly a fearless entrepreneur. And if you don't follow him on social media I recommend you do because

he's got one of the most epic lives that I have found at least somebody has openly shared

to model after his wife he's married to and they're both just really humble and genuine and And they've got, I think, four kids. His wife is the

founder of Spank. So she's a billionaire. He sold his private jet company to Berkshire Hathaway.

He sold his coconut water company to Coca-Cola. He's got all kinds of event companies and masterminds and investments and all different types

of businesses.

He is a part owner in the Atlanta Hawks.

The dude is just all over the place.
