Everything's starting to turn green and all the trees are coming out and all the flowers are bursting out.

It's quite a wonderful feeling to feel the earth alive, you know.

And speaking of that, speaking of how we're feeling,

I haven't checked in with all of y'all for a while on my hip pain,

on my chronic inflammation pain in general.

Remember we were talking about hypermobility syndromes and gait patterns and

glide syndromes and stuff?

Well, like I do with a lot of things, I think I got myself just overthinking it too much.

You know, just taking in too much information. And I actually think that when I do that,

I just get overloaded and I'm kind of nowhere. It's hard to, I don't know, sometimes I make things worse with too much thinking

about it or too much information. And so I kind of let go of it and just sort of doing things

a little bit more in instinct and did make some very interesting changes that have really, I don't know, led to some new things that I think

are shifting. And I mean, overall, my pain levels have been pretty good. And I guess I'm happy
