Okay, so the Army announced that it's shutting down most of its ceremonial cavalry units units and they're putting up

141 horses for adoption it's all part of a cost-saving measure also a modernization strategy the

army estimates it will save two million dollars annually by retiring the horse mounted programs.

And I get it, but cavalry has always been such a part of our history in this country.

I don't know if you've seen them before, you know, on the horses, mounted with the cowboy hats on.

And it's, it takes you back to the old days of kind of where it started.

I understand why they want to go away from it.

But I'm just so used to used to seeing it.

So it may be time, but it does stir up a lot of patriotism.
