0:28.0	I was very familiar with your work, through our mutual friend, Jeffrey Henderson, who's an amazing artist, and somebody you know very well.
0:36.0	Yeah, I mean, I live with him, so you know.
0:38.0	Right, exactly. I was like, how was I going to go there? But that's cool.

0:42.0	Yeah, he's a great guy, and a super talented artist, and so how did you get started?
0:47.0	You have such a huge background, and Legion of Leia was one of the things we just talked about.
0:51.0	As a blogger, journalist, TV reporter, interviewer, how did that all start for you?
0:57.0	It was a weird twisty way in. I started as an actor. I was a musical theater major in college.
1:05.0	Oddly enough, you don't love musicals, like being in them, but not listening to them so much.
1:11.0	There are exceptions, of course.
1:13.0	But I know that's a very strange thing when I tell people I'm not really a big musical fan.
1:18.0	Yeah.
1:19.0	But didn't you go to college for that?
1:21.0	Well, it's funny because you like to perform, you like to sing, but you know, you got to figure out what beautiful is going to work.
1:26.0	I don't want to watch other people do it.
1:28.0	Exactly.
1:29.0	That's not weird at all.
1:31.0	So I started there, and I started as an actor, and I was always somebody who was interwriting, but I did that sort of training, went to New York, did it for a while.
