Tonight's episode, Jen Camp loses defamation case. Yes, she has completely lost the case.

The case is over. The judge has signed an order that terminates the case. It's called in Utah

terminating sanctions. The sanctions have been leveled by the judge, Judge Faust, the son of

former first presidency member James E Judge Faust, the son of former first presidency member, James E. Faust,

of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His son, who was a judge in Utah,

Judge Faust, just issued terminating sanctions against Gen Camp, the defendant in the defamation

case that was brought against her by John DeLinn

and the Open Stories Foundation. I'm going to be reading that order tonight and explaining anything

that I think might be a little bit confusing or need explanation. Also, there are exhibits,

actual evidence that go along with the order that I will be going to in a few instances.

There are actually 27 exhibits, some of them quite lengthy to this order.

And I'm just going to look at three of them for the sake of brevity.

Also, because the order does a very good job of talking about the situation anyway and explaining what

it is that's going on. So let's go to this right now. By the way, this was signed yesterday, May 15th,

2024 by Judge Robert Faust. You can see it in the upper right hand corner there at 1225 p.m. and nine seconds. So that's 25 minutes afternoon, Utah time.
