1:04.5	Prior to Reddit, Gen was at Time Inc, where she led the digital and print sides of the business,

1:21.6	Instead, she actually began her career in finance soon to realize it was not her passion,

1:31.9	Then, after five years of consulting at McKinsey, she decided to turn a lifelong passion for
