Jeffrey Epstein, his island, it's been snapped up for the low low price of $60 million by a billionaire.

Now, that was a fraction of what the state or whatever you want to call it was asking for.

I think they were asking for 125 million. And yes, it is across the islands of Little

St. James and Great St. James in the U.S. of Virgin Islands. And this guy is planning on building

a 25 room retreat. So he's basically planning on taking Epstein's island where all these horrific

things occurred. Yeah. And is wanting to turn it into a resort? Like, who's going to go there?

Well, this, so this was my question why I put it at the top of the hour was because

am I way off on saying that is just super sick that anyone would want to buy this thing given

what took place there? Buy it, but then to invite other people to come vacation there.

Well, what would you do with it if you bought it other than to do that? So that's my point.

Like, why would, why would any person want to have their name remotely associated with this?

And why would you want to go stay there? I would not. I can't even imagine. Can you imagine

that you get there? Okay, you get to pedophile island. Questionable why you'd go in the first place,

but you get there and you're checking in to this five star resort, which you probably played

a lot of money for your stay. And they're giving you the tour around and okay,

here are the keys to your room. We're putting you in the Prince Andrew suite.

Well, I think it's a little off in the sense of he's building stuff that wasn't there before. He's

not taking the existing structures and saying here's where Prince Andrew stayed and may or may not

have had his way with underage girls. So a lot of renovation and remodeling is going to have to
