0:02.7	Go either hard tech or hard human.
0:05.6	The hard tech jobs easy enough to understand, right?
0:08.3	Those have been growing for decades
0:09.8	and will grow for decades to come.
0:11.5	Software engineering and data and robotics and AI,
0:16.3	cloud computing and cybersecurity and blockchain,
0:19.2	like unbelievable growth in those jobs
0:21.4	and they will continue.
0:23.3	The hard human are to focus on the jobs
0:27.1	that the robots and AI are nowhere near
0:30.5	in the next 20 years capable of catching up to.
0:32.5	And those are jobs that involve creativity and design
0:36.4	and human interaction and empathy.
0:38.8	So jobs in sales and in marketing and in customer service
0:42.3	and in healthcare, those jobs are also expected to grow.
0:45.8	When you look at jobs that involve
0:47.4	repetitive high volume tasks,
0:50.0	date entry, transportation,
0:53.6	some retail jobs, some food service jobs,
0:56.8	those jobs in the near term are going to be displaced.
