So at the top of the hour, we were talking at the beginning of the broadcast,

we were talking about me bitching about how difficult it is to buy a new cell phone

and all the hoops they make you jump through and I said you know if Walzer ever sold cars like that we'd be out of business in a in a week so I got an email from a woman and I asked her if I could read the letter because I think it's kind of funny and she says her name's Jolene Wallace and she writes I had to email you after I heard you on KQ this morning.

Saturday morning I walked into Walzer GMC, it was in Bloomington,

and said I wanted to buy a new Yukon-Dinale.

Started the process, and I said, I have to leave at a certain time

as I have an appointment at my cell phone store to get a new phone,

but I'll just do that and I'll come right back to finish out. When I finally get back to Walzer, the sales guy, I was like, I started to wonder if you were

coming back, and my comment was exactly this.

Who would have thought it was that buying a $70,000 vehicle is easier than it is to buy a new

cell phone?
