Jeff Cavaliere is an American physical therapist, elite fitness coach, and founder of the Athlean-X training platform.
He is known for his cutting edge approach to functional strength training, and has been called the “brains behind the brawn” for his science-based training methods.
Jeff regularly contributes to top fitness magazines and has trained some of the biggest stars in baseball and WWE. Even Sylvestor Stallone has said that Jeff knows more about strength training than “anybody ON THE PLANET”.
