In the early morning hours of 16 January 2000, firefighters responded to a call on the outskirts of Billings, MT. The fire, which seemed to have been intentionally started in a gravel parking lot near the MetraPark Arena, had engulfed a vehicle within minutes of the 3:32 AM call being placed to emergency dispatchers.

During the process of extinguishing the fire, firefighters had to force open the trunk of the burning vehicle, a 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. When firefighters looked inside, they were shocked to find the body of a local resident, whose distinguishing features had been burned away in the short-lived-yet-powerful blaze...

In the early morning hours of Sunday January 16th, 2000, the building's fire department responded to a vehicle fire near the intersection of Bench Boulevard and Lincoln Lane.
