Is there anyway, even with a New York jury in Alvin Bragg,

that they're going to find this hero, Daniel Penny, guilty?

The only reason why I'll say yes is because if you flip the coin,

remember when Tachapina tried that that case, the rape cops case?

The cops picked up that woman.

They were accused of rape.

What we heard from the outside was there was no way these guys were going to walk, the

cops.

There's no way they were going to get acquitted. There's no way.

There was no way. And they did. So, you know, in other words, the exact opposite result that

everyone thought was going to happen. And look at OJ. And there's a lot of examples. So I always get a

little nervous. Look, I've been talking to Tom almost every day after court to get the download.

And it sounds like things are going very, very well.

The one thing I haven't seen is the actual jury and the jurors, so you never know.

But I think the worst case scenario would be a hung jury, being a mistrial.
