His journey from winning a national championship in college to being drafted second in the NBA

draft and watching his jersey get hung up in the rafters at Cameron Indoor Stadium is a story you won't want to miss.

All right, Jay, so I'm 17, right? And I want to go all the way back to when you were 17, which I know was, I know, unfortunately, it was a really, really long time ago.

So I don't know if you're still going to remember. First of, it wasn't that really, really long ago.

Really? I'm not like in my 60s here. True. But I, it was, um, B.C. which is what I changed you? BL before LeBron. That's the thing now? Oh, it's my thing, BL before LeBron.

I mean, Jesus, Brown, we get it.

So back then when you were 17, so many years ago, in high school you played volleyball,

soccer, and chess in addition to basketball.

I think so many high school kids have to make this big decision.

What sport are you going to play? How did you

decide that you wanted to focus on basketball? I think it didn't really happen to my junior

year, which is kind of like shocking because I played everything. But also, I see kids that
