Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions Jamine Pugh, known better to us as Jay Briscoe has passed away at the age of 38 following a fatal car accident.

Delaware State Police have reported that Jamine, along with the driver of another car, died in a crash that occurred at around 5.30 PM local time.

It is also understood that two more people are critical as a result of the accident that occurred at the area of Laurel

Road and Little Hill Road in Laurel, Delaware. We do not have a formal identification on the other person involved in the fatal car accident,

but we do indeed know at this time that one of those that was killed in this accident was Jay Briscoe who passed away just eight days before
