Today was, this was a weird week in general. I missed Monday Tuesday I was gone. A friend of mine flew me down to San Diego. I went and saw a San Diego fleet game. We'll talk about that later. But really it's just been an insanely busy week. I moved schools recently. I got a ton on my plate. I had college classes. I'm playing

college football again, which actually has a ton of meetings and a ton of we throw in the

morning at six in the morning all the time and you know team only

players show up. we have player led practices and

doing my podcast it's a lot I mean it really is frankly I'm still learning how to

balance all of it so I appreciate your guys patience and I'm really

excited to jump in and do the show today. I want to start with Jason Witton. This is the new story that is

I don't know that other people will lead with this story today but this

is the one that it got my attention and really mattered the most to me.

Jason Witton is leaving the Monday night football booth and assigned a one-year deal

to play tight end with the Dallas Cowboys.

Very, very bizarre.

It's a weird story.

If you don't know who Jason Witton is,

if you've been living under a rock,

he's a, no offense, he's a no offense he's a

legendary tight end he played 14 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys from 2003 till

2017 and after the 2017 season he retired he walked away from football

He spent the last year in 2018 working as a broadcaster for ESPN's Monday Night Football

And it's just weird all around.
