To comment on two items in the news from Japan.

One to do with the Nobel Peace Prize to the survive a group that represents the

survivors of the only two times that a nuclear weapon has been used in anger

in 1945 Hiroshima Nagasaki. This leads in

right now by the new Prime Minister about Japan acquiring nuclear weapons.

These stories, they sit there both about atomic weapons,

but they're going in completely different directions.

How do you read Isheba's remarks given this Nobel Peace Prize? Was it just timing?

Good evening to you. Good evening, John. What has happened is the Nobel Peace folks have decided

to push this no first use doctrine, which just coincidentally, the Chinese Communist Party announced a proposal for a worldwide agreement among all the nuclear powers to go towards no first use and why is this a problem.

The United States government worded with the idea of no first use and the

Biden administration said no I don't think so. But given the fact that they were seriously

considering in our European allies, particular our friends in Japan and

in South Korea, have said we're not sure America is serious about using nuclear

weapons to deter not just the use of nuclear weapons but cyberspace chemicals

biologicals but particularly conventional war.

All during the Cold War, our worry was that a conventional conflict in Europe would
