So Isaac, your back, the elephant in the room, you came back a new man straight from Japan.

You see those rhymes? Yes. But yes, you came back. How was everything? I went for 10 days.

And I stayed with the host family. And that was your first time on an airplane, right? Yes. How was it? I had to sit there for so long. It was boring.

Hong was a flight. Like 9 to 11 hours. It was long. Damn, that is long. And what'd you do the whole time? I slept.

I would have just stayed up all night and then slept on the plane. Yeah, that's the best way. I mean, there's like those movies.

Like dance screens. They had them. Did you watch anything? No. Oh, I always watched. I already watched all the movies they had on there.

Were you nervous going to Japan? Yes, because of language barrier. That's scary. Were you scared?

But student exchange, so I wasn't that scared. But people traveled to country without even knowing the language. That's scary.

So you once Japan and you landed there, what was your first reaction just being there? Being in Japan? Yeah. You know the air quality. That's really good.

Especially fresh. Yeah, I was fresh. There was, in Japan, there's a lot of trees everywhere. A lot of greenery. It's really pretty. Was there a lot?

Yeah. There's a lot. It's a lot. Here. There's barely any. Did you see the stars over there? Yeah, I saw the stars. How are they? The stars are visible over there. Are they cool?

Yes, they're cool. What's the star like?

So you went there with how many other kids? Like four or five. Four or five. And then you guys all got there together. Who was waiting for you though?

Your families? Your host families? It was one of the instructors at that point. And then yeah, we went to our host families. I met my mom, my host mom.

Oh my god. That's so cool. Were you nervous? Yeah, I was super nervous. Wait, how did you greet them? Did you greet them in Japanese or in English?

I was so nervous. I didn't even want to speak Japanese at the beginning. Oh really? Yeah, I was like nice to meet you.

Was it, was it she speaks to you in English? Yeah, because I guess she didn't expect me to know any Japanese at all.
