on the ground to D.C. Congress comes back this week and the 292 Republicans sent to Capitol Hill

will be on the hot seat about Donald Trump's executive order. As protests spread across the

country, Republicans are splitting with their president. Tim Scott and Marco Rubio have expressed

concern as of John McCain and Lindsey Graham. The big takeaway for Trump? Sometimes it makes sense

to go through Congress. Yes, it can be slow and it can be cumbersome, but it allows you to spread the blame politically and get buy-in from across the federal government.

The question now is will Republicans on Capitol Hill pass something to help clean up Trump's mess, or will they force him to own it?

One thing's for sure, and here's where the rubber meets the road for Donald Trump.

Every time Congress has to spend hours and political capital talking

about something it didn't expect to, it'll make it that much harder to pass tax reform,

Obamacare repeal, and an infrastructure package, all things that congressional leaders and Donald

Trump say they want to do this year. While Trump has doubled down on his immigration ban,

reporters are preparing for him to move up
