0:16.0	I am really loving the start of this new series as kind of having some of these rhythms

0:23.0	A few months ago, I began one day talking on my Instagram story about Sabbath and
0:29.8	about how I've chosen to take a day out of my week to kind of rest and to rest in worship.
0:36.2	And really everything just about that I have learned about Sabbath or at least the person
0:41.3	who has directed me to teaching and taught me the most is John Mark Comer.
0:45.8	We had John Mark on the podcast about a year ago talking about his most recent book, God
0:50.4	has a name that I absolutely loved and cannot recommend high enough.
0:54.7	It's just an incredible read.
0:56.7	But John Mark is really an expert on the practice of Sabbath.
1:01.4	I don't know that he would say he's an expert at Sabbath but he really is one of the most
1:05.0	educated men that I know on the topic of Sabbath.
1:08.5	And so when I posted on the Instagram story and you guys kind of asked a bunch of questions
1:11.6	back, I thought, yeah, this is one of the rhythms we need to talk about on the podcast.
