Good Tuesday morning, I'm Anna Palmer and welcome to your Politico Playbook Flash Briefing,

night with some of Donald Trump's top aides and cabinet nominees. Those at the meeting in the

Capitol included Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon, Stephen Miller, Reince Prebis, Treasury Secretary

nominee Steve Mnuchin, and Gary Cohn.

Here's the deal. Trump's team and Ryan's team are trying to get on the same page on tax policy and Obamacare.

While this is a busy week for Trump's cabinet picks, one major Trump selection,

who will be the next Supreme Court Justice nominee, isn't expected until after Senator Jeff Sessions is confirmed as Attorney General.

Multiple GOP sources tell us they don't expect Trump to announce his SCOT's pick until early February, which still means Trump could have his new justice on the bench by Memorial Day.

A scoop this morning in Playbook,

will likely be Thursday, January 26th,

over lunch at the party's joint retreat in Philadelphia.

and into the morning to put finishing touches
