Oh my God, that is a question.

I've needed that time in rehab effectively.

So the experience yesterday, did that feel different to the last time you went which you can't even remember?

Yes, very different.

I mean, you know, the idea of being there, being there last night was about sort of

the contrast with the final, I suppose, in England's first game kind of back at

Wembley, but yes, I I mean that was a very different it

was a very different experience back then it was I mean I sort of volunteered to

give England up which was you know not the first or last
