A lot of different things happening in regards to the Idaho quadruple case,

of course, Ethan Chapin, Zana Connold, Madison, Mogan, and Klee Gonsalves.

And a lot of it has to do with hearings relative to the gag order.

I think those hearings started today, and they will also run tomorrow.

And it's sort of been let out that the defense does not want cameras in the courtroom. And that's all part of this

gag order. And I think what a judge has to weigh is the need for the public and the press

to know versus the rights of the accused, In this case, Brian Koberger,

to get a fair and impartial trial. At this point, I think it will be very, very difficult

for them to get jurors who have never heard anything about this case.

It's been all over the media, not just nationally, internationally, since it occurred

on the morning of November 13th.

So what, how would a judge weigh this in his decisions?

I believe the attorney for the Gonzalvis's, he's arguing that

the gag order should be lifted and they should be allowed to talk about it and they should be privy

the inside information of the investigation. However, again, the overriding issue that a judge has to decide

is the fairness to the defendant and will, lifting the gag order, cause this rumor and innuendo

to basically go off the charts like it did prior to the
