CEO of JBM an award-winning executive search firm that works with some of the

And you may wonder why I'm hosting a CEO and a founder and talking about business, honestly because when I met James I felt a very

genuine approach to someone who wanted to do things right to make things better

and became extremely successful as a result. It's not his

business skills and business plan and profit analysis and all of the P&L management that we learn in business school that I think makes

James profitable. I think what makes him successful is an intention, a conviction that business is not just about the money and I really

loved that part and wanted to share it with you.
