James's role is to develop long-term relationships with corporate partners who share TAP's values, with the combined goal of recognizing and rewarding the Unsung Heroes in education and healthcare. Most of all, he appreciates the difference that TAP is making to the health and wellbeing of those working in education, healthcare and social care.

1:00.1	So, James, let's start off with kind of what your role is with thanks and praise, or you also have the abbreviation Taps and what it is that Taps and, you know, thanks and praise does.

1:07.9	So you're quite right.
1:08.8	We have an acronym TAP, and it stands for thank and praise.
1:13.6	And TAP is designed to be a free-to-use thanking platform, as simple as that. It's designed to make it as
1:23.0	easy as possible for people around the world, really, to say thank you to key workers.
1:28.7	It's a digital platform, therefore people can thank people on the move 24-7.
1:34.5	And my role is really to evangelise about TAPS platform and to promote the fact that it is free.
